Phama cabling solution was formed as a Limited Company to offer clients a professional cabling infrastructure service. We are able to accomplish this by our strong commitment to our clients overall cabling needs. Our Management team has many years’ experience within the industry, designing and implementing a wide range of cabling infrastructures. As a network cabling solutions provider we can accept responsibility for the design and implementation of multi-disciplinary cabling projects.

Our policy is to implement every installation to a high standard, whilst displaying flexibility and understanding towards our client’s business objectives. It is our total dedication that our clients truly appreciate, and therefore they consistently return time and again. This policy has led to an individual, close, working relationship with each client, which has been further developed to encompass Project Management and Network Hardware solutions. To obtain this level of continuous service, we employ full-time installation technicians. This has enabled our high standards to be maintained, through technician induction courses, regular on-going training and progressive promotion within the company.

To assist in the grading process our internal training programme consists of Health and Safety, installation techniques, self-awareness exercises, site management theory and escalation procedures. Although we have a strong and experienced management team, our success is wholly due to the efforts of our workforce, who carry out their tasks within set guidelines and to the quality standards we demand.

Health and Safety

Health & Safety Statement:
Establish and implement a Health and Safety Management System to manage the risks associated with our premises and activities. Regularly monitor our performance and revise our Health and Safety Management System as necessary to ensure we achieve our objective of continuous improvement. Provide sufficient resources to meet the requirements of current Health and Safety legislation and aim to achieve the standards of ‘Good Practice’ applicable to our activities. Actively promote an open attitude to Health and Safety issues, encouraging staff to identify and report hazards so that we can all contribute to creating and maintaining a safe working environment.

Communicate and consult with our staff on all issues affecting their health and safety and, in doing so, bring this policy to their attention. Provide adequate training for our staff to enable them to work safely and effectively, and to ensure they are competent and confident in the work they carry out. Carry out and regularly review risk assessments to identify hazards and existing control measures. We will priorities, plan and complete any corrective actions required to reduce risk to an acceptable level.

Maintain our premises and work equipment to a standard that ensures that risks are effectively managed. Ensure that responsibilities for Health and Safety are allocated, understood, monitored and fulfilled. Retain access to competent advice and assistance through the support of Crooner Consulting, thereby ensuring that we are aware of relevant changes in legislation and ‘Good Practice’. Provide health surveillance for staff where appropriate and maintain records.

•Minimise waste throughout the Company through better utilization of raw materials, energy and water and increased use of renewable, reusable or recyclable material by liaising with suppliers
•Expand awareness and use of our existing recycling facilities and provide additional facilities for as wide a range as possible to reduce waste to landfill, and use only reputable waste carriers
•Improve energy efficiency by sensible energy management of our buildings, equipment and vehicles
•Carry out regular audits to ensure effective implementation of our Environmental Policy
